Returns Policy

We appreciate you  may wish to return items that you  have purchased. If for any reason you are not happy with your garments, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund. We will refund postage costs of faulty goods to International and UK customers.

Please email us at info@eversbrook.com with the order number you are returning, a short explanation of the return and then simply send the garments to us in their original condition.

Let us know whether you would like an exchange or refund. Reorder online for all exchanged  items. Please be aware we will not be able to offer refunds where there has been damage caused to or use made of the garments.

Note: we will process the refund for the cost of garments and any original faulty item delivery charge within 24 hours of receipt of the returned garments but card refunds may still take up to two weeks to clear due to bank processing times that we cannot control.

UK customers  - Please place your items back in the box they arrived in and cut out the FREE UK  postage return label on the receipt emailed to you at time of purchase.  Stick the label to the box and return at any Royal Mail post office.

International customers - Please place your items back in the box they arrived in and return to - Eversbrook Fashion Studio - Unit 14 Crusader Estate, 167 Hermitage Road, London. N4 1LZ. Currently we do not offer free international shipping or returns.
